Anyone familiar with ORS knives? Who makes them? Where are they made. No country of origin stamped on the tang of the blade.

Help with well end jack identification

This is my favorite jack. Unfortunately, there is nothing left on the tang to identify it. Could any of you fine folks give me a hint? Maybe the blade shape, handle jigging, whatever. This was a "rescue knife" (some people have "rescue dogs". I have "rescue knives." Thank you!
