Anyone familiar with ORS knives? Who makes them? Where are they made. No country of origin stamped on the tang of the blade.

That's interesting, Jeff.. My buddy asked me the same thing the other day.. I think he's just come up with one.. If you find out anything on them, I'd sure like to know.. Im just almost sure that that's the brand that he had.. Thanks and good luck!!!!

I think it is a vintage 1950's Japanese knife. I'll post a link to something nearly identical later.

Thanks Jeff.  I have found one other but no clear look at the tang so I cant tell if it is the same company

Still hoping to discover the maker. I think I've dated it to late 1940's/very early 1950's Japan.
