- I used to collect knives in 1970’s and 1980’s then I started making custom knives and was featured in Blade magazine, knives illustrated and Ken Warner’s Knife Digest, As I was getting lots of business I became totally disabled in 1989, I was not able to do anything until two years ago where I started buying new knives and started sharping them. I am now trying my hand at wood carving which at my age is a challenge as I can go down cellar where I have equipment, everything is done in my lazy boy or dinning room table.
