Thanks for your nice comments Ron.
As I suspected! Absolutely amazing, Luis! Thanks for confirming my suspicions!
Yes! Indeed, there are three Al Mar knives on the upper shelf. Those are vintage blades when Al Mar was running his company. I own over a dozen custom knives made by John Greco, and I regret not having more. The company I worked for relocated me a few times and I wasn't able to keep up with this hobby. All together, I have more than 40 years collecting knives on and off. I think I have well over 300 knives in my collection. I'm in the process of doing inventory right now. With the exception of ten or so blades I use frequently most of the knives are in mint condition.
Whoa! Luis, is that large Fighter that's sitting front and center on the second shelf up an Al Mar creation? In fact, it looks like there might be two of them? And then a couple more that appear to have the red coloring associated with Mar's makers mark etched onto the blade behind and to the right of those two?
Wow! Just, wow! Even if I'm wrong about the Al Mar knives? All of those Greco's on the bottom shelf make your collection worthy of some jaw dropping awe and admiration!
I tip my hat to you, mate ~ Well done!
