Welcome Home...THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF OUR COMMUNITY

I received a message (looks like lots if us did) from a new member Abiola Buwaha. Part of the message was a request to contact them by the email in the message.
Is this common ans allowed? If not, how do we report this to the Moderators?

Good day,

I picked interest on you after going through your short profile and demand it necessary to write you immediately. I have something very vital to disclose to you, but I found it difficult to express myself
here, since it's a public site. Could you please get back to me on (huianalrole@gmail.com) for the full details.

Have a nice day.
Mrs.Abiola

Hi Eric - Yea - several of us noticed this today. I went ahead and reported it to Jan as well. Please do not respond to it.

I'm sorry to see this happen - but I'm glad you recognized it as ptotential phishing as well.

Hi Eric - I would not say this is common, but it does happen - and it is certanly not allowed. In fact, it's happened at least twice now within a month or so after not seeing anything like this for over a year.

Regardless, thank you for catcthing it and bringing awareness to it. I have made Jan aware of it already as well.

I got it also.  Did not respond.

She is deleted permanently, Thanks for the heads up guys, we try to keep them out but sometimes they slip through

Thanks Jan!

I guess we also have to exercise our common sense with such things.  I also appreciate your having our backs, Jan.
