Welcome Home...THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF OUR COMMUNITY

So yet again I am asking for your help.

My little brothers birthday is coming up and this was the time in my life when I recieved my first cold steel knife. I want to get him something of  the same caliber. Now I do have reasons behind what I want A) he has been taking Kung Fu for 3 years and is a very adequate knife fighter and his only training knife like a tanto ka bar. so i can't make up my mind which to get him

1. It has to be cold steel

2. it would be nice if it was a tanto

3. He's going to London soon so something that wont attract to much attention over there.

thanks guys

Nate,

Looks like you have put alot of thought into his first cold steel.  I wish I knew enough about them to help.  Have you asked in the cold steel group?

Requirement number three does not match the other two I'm affraid.

England has VERY strict knife laws and anything other than a traditional style knife will be attracting attention over there.

Any fixed blade is illegal to varry unless you have a very good reason (like camping or hunting) and any locking knife is viewed as a fixed blade by the law.

Also no blades with more than a 3 inch cutting length are legal.

I don't know of any knife that coldsteel makes that is UK legal.

i don't think they make one. thanks for the reply alex
