SK,

That is one of the best camel bones I have ever seen

Ya, nice. If you hadn't said it was camel bone, I would of guessed polished wood

Beautiful...

Nice !

Anyone know what the steel used on Bulldog knives in the 1980's called "Englih Steel" really is? Is it carbon stainless, is it from England or what?

There was a company named English Steel, maybe that was it?

It does seem odd, a German knife using English steel.  Here are 3 first generation beauties, 3 1/2" brown bone gunstocks.

I don't know, Rusty, but those are some fine dogs.

This is my last Bulldog. It has mammoth bark scales.

wow that is a beautiful knife with great looking scales great find sir....

those are great looking knifes

My newest Bulldog.  The colored deep etches appeal to me, and this is one I've been trying to get for several years now.  It is a 3rd generation 1995 German made bone handled sunfish with a Pumpkinseed fish etch.
