That smooth white bone with a few little specs in it is just awsome. I'll be watching if our dreams come true, a 66 moose is on tap right now so maybe it's started.

I got a new sheath for my EDC. Great stuff. I bought it from Greg at TAS knives but it's made by Dave Taylor at Knife Leather Traditions. It's very well made and gets my highest ratings for a knife sheath. It's kinda like buying the ole lady a new dress.lol

Robert,

You bought that old lady a whole new wardrobe.  She will never need another dress wrapped up in one of Daves Sheaths.  Good lookin too!!

You bet, I am really pleased with the quality of the sheath and advise anyone looking for a good sheath to give them a call.

Robert, that looks great. I'm loving that knife, but I think that sheath would be perfect for being outdoors, easy to get to, but not easy to loose. Could we see a pic of the knife in the sheath?

Thanks for sharing, David really does some awesome work.

Johnny I will try to get some pics of Dave's sheaths with Knives in them on Sunday for you

Hey Johnny, here's a picture of that knife in the sheath.  Both them GEC were busy cleanin' fish. LOL

Robert,

Good to see you putting those GECs to work.  Is your 54 big jack primitive bone, or just pocket worn stag?

It's stag, polished I guess. I love the ivory look.

It is certainly a good looking tool there Robert

Robert, thank you so much for posting this pic. I always love seeing that Moose and that shield is perfect for that GEC fixed blade. When I finally have all the slipjoints I want I will end up getting a fixed blade, if that ever happens I'll be contacting Dave about a sheath.

Johnny,

Dave makes some fine sheaths for the folders also

They are a good fit, well made and comfortable
