Welcome Home...THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF OUR COMMUNITY

It's coming! My favorite time of year......Christmas! With all the special feelings, family, friends, good food, the lights........and KNIVES!

Christmas Tree handled knives. They used to be pretty common. Don't see anyone doing any these days too much.

Sooo, do you like Christmas Tree handled knives? Do you have any? How about some pictures of your favorites?

Here is one I wanted but did not get off eBay but thought it was a nice one!

Hey did anybody see the Case Christmas Knife for 2012 done by RJ McDonald? Has anyone bought that? Is it just me or did Case miss an opportunity?

Hey Hog, you have a link to that?

I have not seen anything in the acrylics that can match that great old Christmas tree celluloid.  Harbour Scrimshaw does a few nice Christmas scenes

I sure do Jan and my thanks to my friends at SMKW: http://www.smkw.com/webapp/eCommerce/products/Case/Case%C2%AE+%22Th...

It is a Trapper and its by knife designer RJ McDonald. It is new for 2012(There is a painting of it which is going into a drawing soon(More on that soon)  The knife (and the painting) is called The Christmas Wish. Again here is my question:
Is it just me or did Case miss an opportunity?

That's a nice Christmas tree handled Case up there Hog!  When did they do that one?

I am thinking that one was 1989?

1989? There were quite a few Christmas tree handled knives out around that time. My brother-in-law used to collect them, all brands.

Yes that is what the listing said and I guess this was the Case Christmas knife for the year 1989? I think they issue one a year, meaning Case, but it is a good question right there. Has Case ever had more than 1 Christmas knife issued in a year?

Good question. I never buy Christmas knives, but I like Christmas Tree Handled knives.

Got it! I am sorry I did not read your question in detail I saw Christmas, you are looking for Christmas Tree handled knives!  That is a little different than what I was going for LOL!
