Hey!  Maybe this is a first step toward a peanut :)

It's going to be 2 3/4 inches Coke Bottle. I don't think a Peanut is very Traditional? Like more than 30 years?

Okay I did some quick research. The Peanut Pattern goes back at least to the W.R. Case & Sons Era:1903 to 1905. I stand corrected.

Under 3"!!!! Wow, that IS good news. A small Jack is good in my book. Is that a Mini Coke Bottle?? Hey Sue.......

Peanut is a "modern" term, like "Trapper". Both are basically Jack Knives.  "Peanuts have been done forever. Queen, Camillus, everyone had "Peanuts" in their line. Small under 3" Jack Knife that has the "dog leg" type shape. The reverse Dog Leg is technically not a Peanut even though some may call it that. Just like a Trapper being called a Trapper even though it doesn't have a spey blade.

Jan's picture is Black Buffalo Horn handles, production of 15 pieces or less. We've already seen Tomato Acrylic. These will also be made in "Blue Angel" Acrylic and "Chocolate Swirl" Acrylic. The Single Blade Tidioute Cutlery Brand will also be released in Mustard Jigged Bone and Ebony Wood.

Mustard Jigged

That sounds interesting!

Yes,the Mustard Jigged Bone does sound interesting.I wonder if it will be a bright yellow Hot Dog Mustard,or a brown stoneground Mustard? And here's a COLLECTOR ALERT: The 2 blade Northfield 06 Pemberton will be in Antique Amber HORSE CUT Bone! They haven't made any Horse Cut in at least 4 years I think.

I would have to look Bob but I think 4 years sounds right and it is a real pretty bone too

2008 was the last horse cut I see

Snakewood! Looks good!

LOL.  Slip sliding away!
