Thanks!!! I feel soo good. What I did challenge to negotiate with the person. GREAT DEAL $190.00 for that. It really is worth!

My favorite GEC made knife,I just wish I would get my Snakewood Whaler back from repair.It's been at Great Eastern since  the first part of December

I told someone the only way I would be satisfied now ,is if they would send another one with it.(smile)

Lyle,

Bill is working on your knife himself as we found a problem and had to replace the handle again.  I will check with him to see how he is doing.  Sorry for the delay but we want you to be happy with the finished repair.

I got my big ole Snakewood Whaler back today,and I am tickled rose(that's as close to pink as I want)

Great job everybody at Great Eastern and Chris too.(I can't find that other knife Chris) I'll get some pics

I don't quite understand why this knife is etched for the 1st run production of this pattern .I thought that only applied to the ebony??

Some bogy straiten me out.

The Premier Production Pattern stamping is the first run of a new pattern (My understanding on a new frame) regardless of the handle material used during that run.  Everything in the Whaler that was produced for that first introduction weekend at the open house is a PPP.  Make no mistake about how special that is though.  If memory serves me right that makes a grand total of 50 knives? Only the engraved became the Rendevouz knife
