A master knifemaker and engraver you may never have heard of but should (photos included)

His name is Antonio Montejano from Albacete, Spain.I had photos of many of his works years ago but lost them due to a hard drive crash and just found them on the net again today. Be prepared to have your jaw drop in amazement at his skill.

google knifemaker-Antonio Montejano to find more of his amazing work. He also has you tube videos and a facebook page. I have no idea what his works cost to buy, but he has made knives for kings, and some are jewel encrusted.However, I have seen Spyderco,Randall, and other makers engraved by him and could possibly be purchased without selling your house ;] ;}

Sorry, it took me so long to reply. I just figured out what part of the world you are from. Are you by chance familiar with a Swedish knifemaker, Andre' Andersson ?? He is another knifemaker whose photos I lost in a hard drive crash years ago whose photos I have recently rediscovered and plan on posting sometime soon. I love his damascus, but also the use of mastadon ivory,etc.. His knives all have that warm,earthy look that I can't get enough of.

I'm familliar with André Andersson's work as well. He's an amazing maker. He's one of those people who's every piece just blows your mind.

Wow, really beautiful work
