Welcome Home...THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF OUR COMMUNITY

Hello All and Happy Thanksgiving.

I was at a Truck Stop a few months ago and a gentleman came over the radio and said he had some knives for sale.. Of course i could not help myself ,, and after some conversation basically asking him certain questions to see if they were stolen... It was clear they were not and He was a nice guy just trying to sell some junk to make a few bucks.. Pretty much was all junk except for this particular knife and one other Smith and wesson I have never seen before..

This knife has me stumped.. As far as appearance goes You would automatically peg it as China or Taiwan made.. But says nowhere on it Either or..It seems like 440 but the stag is not plastic or if it is it is a very high quality plastic..almost a woody feeling.. The compass is liquid filled which i know means nothing.. It is very crisp and has a fast action.. So,,Anyone ever seen one of these before .. It sure seems like a carnival prize untill you hold and operate it.. All it says is the USA you see in the pic. no numbers or anything els anywhere on it..

Thanks

Dave

China .. I have a few. The pocket clip forms the pocket for the activating coil spring & the locking sear pin. You can buy them direct through Aliexpress. The steel's acceptable .. holds an edge reasonably well. Good everyday user !!!

I no longer find that exact model listed ..but.. have seen it listed in the past.

Here is one I've purchased a few of .. a good user !!!

Also, due in large part to it's complete assembly with threaded fasteners ..i.e. 2.5 mm screws.. it's easy to maintain, repair, &/or modify.
