Ted- Clover Brand, Syracuse, New York was a trademark used by A. Kastor & Brothers circa 1941--Most of the A. Kastor  & Bros.knives were imported from Germany by various makers.A. Kastor & Bros. also owned Camillus Cutlery Company.

Here is one I got at the Wilmington knife show....W.H.Morley & sons Germany......also know as Kastor or camillus
