Your pictures are not clear enough to gauge the quality of your knife. Please use a camera in better lighting and re-post.

Well the knife tang says Japan which is good. Generally cutlery from Japan is preferred for some collectors. But are there any other markings? If all its says is Japan, it is not worth much, but if it says who made the knife then maybe worth something, or maybe not. Always depend on who makes it! It looks like a lockback knife perhaps with a wood handle of some kind.

Better pictures help, but only if other marking are shown. If all it says is Japan, it will not be worth much.

I agree with Brad and Steve. It's hard to tell, based upon these photographs, what this knife might be worth -- Since that is your question. And, Steve is spot on with his assessment about a tang stamp or markings. If the name of a reputable cutlery or knife maker is stamped on the blade then the knife might well be worth something. No such tang stamp usually equals little or no value -- At least beyond its usefulness as a cutting tool.

Better pictures are needed.
