Fairbarn/Applegate/Sykes ??

Hi guys.My last question about my "strange knife" brought about a thought about WW11 British firhting knives.

In the shot ,the bottom knife is Rodgers about 30 years old. The top one is WW11. No markings,the handle seems somewhat different than other vintage Brits. Any thoughts as to the vintage blade,info?Thanks
