Cant find any info on this particular blade.it was a gift from my mother and I'd like to know more about it

Can you share a picture of it?  How about numbers on the tang anything besides what you have given us?

I saw where one sold on ebay for 56.00 but I am trying to see the actual auction and see if there is any info.

It appears this is after Frost bought Hen & Rooster.  From what I have been reading the cutlery portion of Bertram cutlery on the tang was added after the Frost purchase.  That explains the color for me as frost makes a 6 blade congress in lime green
