Welcome Home...THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF OUR COMMUNITY

The Arkansas Senate passed HB 1418 that would enact Knife Rights’ signature Knife Law Preemption in the state by a vote of 28-1. The bill adds “Knives” and “Knife-making components” to the state’s existing Firearms Law Preemption statute.

This bill already passed the House. Congratulations and our thanks to Rep. Joey Carr and Sen. Terry Rice for their support and successful sponsorship of this important bill.  Thanks to all who used our Legislative Action center to hep move this bill forward.

HB 1418 now goes to Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders for her action.
