As much as I like Group Pictures and Family Photos, I am a true knife nerd and fine delight in each individual knife! 

One thing I love about My Page , is that sometimes I just look at it and review all my knives in wonder....

I love Laguioles!  I don't have any but they are on my wish list for sure!

 The ivory ones I ordered from the makers in France I got a better deal that way and I described the knife I wanted to keep it in my budget. I actually able talked to  Gilles Steinberg. You see his first name on many Layoles. (Layole is the way they say it) He  the owner of Fontenille Pataud. I described what I wanted to him.
