I came across this knife own eBay about 4 years ago and lost the bid. (At that time I was willing to go around $30)  It showed up again a week ago and was flying under the radar due to mislabeling.  I'm not sure if it it is the same knife as before or was another of the same make.  Either way this was only the second time I have seen a marlin spike knife in this configuration.  There are no markings.  I'm curious if anyone else has seen or own one and if they have a clue where they are made, who makes them.  If you know when they were made, that would also help.  Steel seems pretty decent.  The saw blade is similar to large tooth hacksaw.  It works well on wood and PVC.  It might be used for cutting plexiglass.

When the knife is closed it almost looks like a lockback electrician's knife  Appears to be stainless steel through-out with smooth black composition scales.

However, it is not a lockback.  Instead it is marlin spike knife with a sheepfoot blade and saw blade.  The back tools are a flat marlin spike blade and a long flat head screwdriver.

No markings anywhere. The saw blade has some flex to it.  However it is well tempered. I fear it more likely to snap than warp.  Appears to be decent steel. The thicker sheepfoot has no flex.  All bades are very tight with good snap.

The spike is very pointy but not so much that it will damage line.  The screwdriver tip is very thin so it will handle very small screws.  The tip may have been filed down by a previous owner but it is hard to tell.  Also very sturdy, probable sturdy enough to pass through the eye of a shackle bolt and loosen it with out bending/breaking.

The closed length is around 4.75 inches.  It is a big knife.

If you have any information about where it come froms or makes it, I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks much.
