Welcome Home...THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF OUR COMMUNITY

I have become increasingly enamored with the 110. In the last 6 months I have bought 5 older 110's and refurbished or customized 3 of those. My last purchase was for a 1989 Finger grooved variant, that came along with a Quick-draw sheath & a standard Schrade sheath.

I have tried the standard vertical fold over flap sheath & the cross-draw sheath. Neither of which kept me from carrying a modern tactical pocket knife. The psychological need for a quickly deploy-able knife is evident in my psyche.

The Quickdraw sheath is my preferred rig for the 110 (or 6OT, 7OT, LB7...etc). Since it's arrival, I have not carried a modern pocket knife. I have a small fortune tied up in modern tactical knives that I no longer use because I have fallen for an "older woman" dressed in 2 pieces of leather held together with 10 strategically placed rivets. I have spent more on one tactical knife than I did for this whole setup and this setup doesn't shred my pocket linings.

There are new Quick-draw sheaths available on eBay for about $40 shipped. They come with the belt loop holder which will keep the sheath in position & a silicon roller spacer for the blade opener. I will probably buy one in the near future.

How do you like to carry your 110?

Your fine photos will be making introductions for that old friend.

i only opwn 2  BUCK 110s but they are one of the best knives ever designed..my opinion of course... i prefer the older 4 PIN models... my first BUCK 110 was a trash pic find!... sheath and all..

ANYWAY CARRYING IT...i just toss it in my pocket normally... but if i do carry it in a sheath use the original BUCK sheath i found it in.1977 model to!   {my birth year} ... best part is its practically mint! even the handles still have nice bright grain to it!

ok..im thread hijacking! LATER!

LOL!! i havent DD in awhile but i am a PICKER ..the tip is to find the oldest city in your area in my case im lucky since philadelphia has lots of history in the basements and attics!... anyway you want to find a place where the homes are flipping.... WHY?... becuase YES folks toss out all the good ole USA built stuff and replace it all wth new shiny chiny that falls apart in weeks... you should have seen a recent solid GUN CABINET they destroyed with a sledge.they just want everythijng out,in the trash, sop they can flip or move in and make it "theirs"..which of course they have the right to...USA!!!... BUT...WHO THROWS AWAY TOOLS... FOOLS?...LOL.. i have found everything from knives, tools, matchbook collections are grat for reselling, tons of cigar boxes... the GUN CABINET i mentioned..only thing i grabbed was off the broken glass ...the 2 NRA stickers...i told the guy 50$ ...easily way worth more then that if he would just wait one day..NOPE! hammered to bits...

So far I just carry mine in the sheath it came with or in my pocket.  However, I AM looking for a slim, lower profile, holster for it that will not stick out or be a little on the bulging side.

Whoops, already showed that pic.

love to carry mine as as far as I am concerned sheath is the only way!

Seeing this thread has reminded me that I have been ignoring my Lockback hunters. Carrying & modding. I will have to do something about that.

I carry mine in my pocket usually but also carry in a custom sheath. I love the 110.

I carry my 110's in the black standard case
