Pearl Harbor Remberance Day ~ Wounded Warrior Project Auction Knife
Hey gang, Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day is coming up December 7th. Amazing how some things have changed since that historic day seventy years ago. Unfortunately, one of the things that hasn't changed is we still have injured vets returning from combat with injuries that will last a lifetime. But one of the really positive changes are the marvelous organizations that have sprung up to try to make life better and the transition back to civilian life a bit easier for these warriors.
One of my favorite groups has been the Wounded Warrior Project. I personally feel the work they do is nothing short of fantastic. So, with the upcoming Holidays closing in and Pearl Harbor Day just a few days off, it's time to raise a few more dollars for them.
Great Eastern only made 3, Northfield #331211's with Blood Wood handles. The bail is stamped "Northfield", the blade is etched "Factory Test" and a COA is attached to the tube. Released March 22, 2011, This knife has never been offered for sale until now and 100% of the proceeds from this auction will be donated to the Wounded Warrior Project.
