As we round out the crew..The lovely Mrs Courtney Daniels.  Over the past few years Courtney has learned a great deal baout GEC knives and the folks that buy them.  She keeps a warm welcome out and will let you get hands on a personal with any knife in the case

In such wonderful company one could not help but to feel special.  And the knives are a great way to spend the day dreaming of "whats next"

Great looking pics, I'm excited to see what knives got to take a trip home with you guys.

It really looks like a good time, gets me excited for the Rendezvous thats for sure. I gotta get that money saved up, good looking knives right there. Have fun & be safe.

Guys,

This week will bring plenty of show info and knife pictures,, it has been a blast.  I have lots more to share but honestly, I am just a little worn out.  I can't tell you how grateful I am that the good Folks at GEC gave us a place to rest in between runs around a very large room. Some folks would think 20 hours of knives would be plenty but I am sorry to be going home tomorrow instead of back to the show.

GEC, is lucky to have good people like you and Donnie premoting their knives. We [IKC] are lucky too!

Thanks Jan, I have a feeling we can be patient enough until you get back, and get some rest. Sounds like you guys had a blast, and thanks for all the pics shared already. And I do hope Kate does get a chance, who knows.... she could make a great classy EDC. I can see it now, Kate wearing a beautiful pearl dress, and with that 440-c blade she never looks unkempt.

GOD Bless and be safe.

thanks jan for taking us with you to the show sure hope you and donnie had a great time .hope the new toys you all got will keep you happy for awhile. gec does such good work.please show us pictures of your new knives when you get home. your friend stephen.....

I wanted you all to have a sense of the scale this show is on..It is beyond HUGE.

It took four pictures to get a panorama of the floor.  This is just the first one.

There was a special knife done by Ryan Daniels and Bill Howard that a limited edition was sold at the blade show.  This knife is solid damascus, every peice of it.  Ryan was kind enough to allow me to preview it here on IKC and share it with you all.  There were six made and as of 5:00 yesterday he had sold all but one. I was not one of the forunate six buyers but I was certainly one of the many admirers.

Wow, I'm in love.

That thing is beautiful, I love the acorns, but I think that should be a stainless only thing. But no really, that things looks awesome. I would have sold a few assets to get one of them, I like it. Thanks again Jan for the pics and the writing, it's great to here from you that all went so well, I hope you guys get back safely, and I can't wait to see what you did bring home.

GOD Bless

Johnny,

Sorry a little remiss there.  These are the beauties that wanted a new home in Florida

And Beauties they are, I love that Beavertail, they just seem to ring true with my Pa instincts. Looks like a great trio, and I love the different scale variations. Lookin' good here, any users out of the bunch?
Thanks Johnny and yes Donnies 72 is in his pocket as we speak
