The online community of knife collectors, A Knife Family Forged in Steel
Well as I started this morning, I find that
GEC is bringing the 66J Clip and Pen blade Jack
It will be offered with Bone , wood, and 2 acrylic handle materials in the Tidioute Brand
these will have smooth bolsters
The Serpentine Jack is among my favorite patterns, what wood, what bone and what color in acrylic is unknown at this time , but I think these will be low production numbers, just my own thoughts.
The Northfield brand will have lined and dimpled bolsters,
also the clip and pen blades in 1095 carbon , Bone, wood, Burnt Stag and Natural stag
will be in this line up , these are 3-1/2 inches long closed if my memory serves me.AA
and , because of ordering "feelings" and again these are just my own feelings ... I think these will be low run production.
In addition to the Jack they will offer the Equel end in Tidioute and Northfield
in the Tidioute brand
Bone and wood handles, I just dont know what wood or what color bone or if its smooth or jigged?
bolsters witll be smooth.
The Northfield brand will be lined and dimpled bolsters, offered in Bone, wood and Burnt and Natural stag.
I FEEL SILLY saying that without knowing what kind of bone, or wood handles.
While as always the dealings I have with GEC could not be better as they have always stepped up to help me, with orders and whatever i needed. where no one else would... good people.
But I have to say , I would like to know what BONE,WOOD, handles are going to be?
Lets look for these ... I love a JACK

The #66 was an all around comfortable knife. I enjoyed carrying one for a while, but I really enjoyed the #56 dogleg jack a little more, so I parted ways with my #66. With that said I'd jump on one of these guys in a heart beat if I had the itch to add another jack knife to my rotation, or even my collection.
