Welcome Home...THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF OUR COMMUNITY

I used to have a .40 S&W quite a few years ago.  I was going through the safe yesterday and came upon some Black Talon and CorBon ammo in .40 S&W.  I can't use it.  Can anyone out there use it?  You can't get the Black Talon's anymore and they are great for personal defense.  Let me know.  Thanks!

Data,

I have three .40 S&Ws. I would love to have some more defense ammo. I will take it.

Great Jess.  It's yours.

What do you use now? I change around with different calibers and pistols. We were issued the .40 for about the last six years of my LE career. It is a good effective round.

Most of the time I carry a Glock 26 Gen 4.  I just recently purchased a Ruger LCR .38 special and I love it.  (See my review on here.  http://www.iknifecollector.com/forum/topics/my-new-ruger-lcr-38-spe...)  So it is a toss-up at this point.  The Ruger is new so I haven't updated the front sight and added Crimson Trace grips to it yet, which I would do to just about any carry gun.  This time I think I am going to try some Glow-On phosphorescent sight paint.  I just ordered some from Amazon yesterday.  Plus I prefer the Crossbreed Supertuck or Minituck holsters and it takes a while for delivery once you order a holster from them.

hold onto it i might be buying a 40. what's the bullet weight on the ammo btw? note: the black talons may be illegal in certain areas .

did not see that they were taken already oops.
