Welcome Home...THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF OUR COMMUNITY

The prize in this contest is three knives, a Smith & Wesson CH0021 Cuttin' Horse and a Gerber 425 E-Z Out.  In order to enter you have to post a picture of your gun or guns in this discussion.  All the entries will be put in a hat and the winner drawn.  You may enter more than once.  Since some like me may have many guns while others may have only one or two, there will be a limit of three entries for any one person.  This should give everyone a reasonable chance at winning.  It is not necessary to enter the contest but if there is a story attached to the gun, please post it.

The rules:

1)  At least one gun in each picture

2)  Air guns are allowed.

3)  No air soft or paint ball guns

4)  Must be posted in this discussion

5)  Up to three entries per person

6)  Winner drawn out of hat containing all entries

Here are the prizes.

Smith & Wesson Cuttin' Horse

Gerber E-Z Out

Here is the third one.  The knife is the size  of a pistol cartridge.

The entries have all been written down on equal sized pieces of paper, quadruple folded, and dropped in the hat.  A hushed silence comes over the assembled  crowd (all three of us!).  The hat is shaken and stirred!  The crowd waits with bated breath as Cindy reaches into the hat, which I hold above her head, with her eyes closed and stirs the entries again.  She pulls out a folded slip of paper.  The crowd waits with growing anticipation.  Who will the winner be?  The tension builds as I slowly unfold the slip of paper.

But first a word from our sponser.  Wait a minute, I don't have a sponser!

Anyway the winner is....................................................................................Jeremy Buchanan!!!!

Hey congrats Jeremy!

Congratulations!!!

I'm still trying to figure out navigation on this site. It appears the posts are on the older side. Maybe some would like to see my favorites. Two Lew Horton specials by Smith & Wesson.

Another S&W

Mod. 1 1/2 spur trigger single action .32 S&W center fire

A little info. from Wikipedia

The Model 1 1/2 Single Action Revolver, introduced in 1878, was a top-break revolver and was the first revolver to use the .32 S&W cartridge which was designed specifically for it. The Model 1 1/2 Single Action Revolver also introduced a rebounding trigger meaning that it was the first revolver that could be safely carried with the hammer over a loaded chamber.

Len, we would definitely like to see your favorites.  One thing I would like for you to do is post your firearms pictures in the Arsenal group.  Here is the link to the group,  https://iknifecollector.com/groups/group/show?groupUrl=ikc-arsenal&....  When you get to the Arsenal group, scroll down til you see a box headed "Discussion Forum".  At the bottom of that box you will see "+ Add a Discussion".  Click it and a new box will open up to let you add photos.  There are five small icons at the top of the box.  The second one is "Images".  Click it and you can add photos directly in the discussion box.  Oh, thank you for joining the Arsenal group.

Nice 99 Dan!  I have an old one too.  You can see my '73 Winchester here:

Very nice Winchester. One of my Dads favorite calibers. I also like the old octagon barrels. Thanks for sharing.
