A-Z index for Research & Resources

Some great Research and my thanks to the tireless work done by Sue OldsWidow. Check out that index, you just may be there for days! Also her research turned up an old resource that is worth revisiting if you have not seen.

Produced by iKC Member Tobais Gibson its a good reference for collectors: http://apg2k.hegewisch.net/index.html

I could not have said this better myself Mr Hanner!

Spent a little time doing some research on my newest pattern love.  The reason the cotton sampler blade is shaped the way it is?  The cutout is so that the buyer could wrap up some of the cotton strands and rub them on a hard object (like a board) to test the strength of the strands

Sue,

Share the pinks with us please?  Why not carry one?  Do you carry one of your mini coke bottles?

so here is my question, how many of us carry a pink knife?

Comment by Jan Carter on May 20, 2012 at 17:26

Until last year I had collected for almost 20 years without having owned a pink knife.  And I was pretty stubborn about it also.  Nothing about bubba gum pink ever enticed me.  Then Great Eastern came out with my fav whittler pattern in a pink shell and I broke my stride. Been in my pocketbook since.  This week I received a gift of it's replacement for an EDC.  This little Kershaw is outstanding.  assisted opening, it flies right out and locks up tight.  I really like that it has a lock for when you are carrying it to keep it from opening unless you mean it to.  So here is my newest EDC
