Is there enough interest for a thread or maybe even group on Government Issued or Approved Military Fighting Knives?    Don't care if it is a fixed blade, a folder, axe, or sword.  Just something made for and carried in combat.

I'm interested. This is a GI WWI Canadian Army knife. M & D stands for Militia and Defense. The Canadian issue mark was the British Broad Arrow inside a C.
