Steve, the wheather has been so nice lately, it's a pleasure to be outdoors. We all went crawfishing, yesterday. We did good, we caught 30# about a sack full. We boiled them last night and enjoyed them with a few cold beverages.

Oh, thanks Miss Jan. The pictures have my grand daughters and their boy friend. The only picture of me is the one with my hand, cutting bait. We caught some crawfish today in our traps today but were in such a hurry, we didn't take pictures, of our catch. Maybe next time, I hope we catch enough for a boil, friday day.

Well gang, we caught a mess of crawfish bait. We were fishing at a flood gate. This is where, a lot of the over flow goes through a flood gate. This will attract alot of different fish. We went to catch a bunch of shad to use for crawfish bait. We hope to catch a bunch of crawfish in our traps...and have a big ole boil.

I guess as long as you're out the house. I've been building chicken nest boxes, that can be checked from outside the pen. That way, we can pick eggs without going into the pen when it's rained and muddy in there.
