Chicago Cutlery...I just put a new one on my list to get.
I'm very interested in that abolone material. Even here as a synthetic I like the way it looks. Very collectable.
THIS IS NOT ONE TO CARRY---CATTARAUGUS 32203

Attachments:
what is it Delbert? why wont you carry it??
its a great looking knife!
If that is real pearl I can understand why you will not carry that one. While pearl makes beautiful handles it can get brittle with age and those handles don't seem to have narry a chip or crack.
THOSE PEARL HANDLES ARE AT LEAST 70 YEARS OLD WITH NO CHIPS, FLAKING, OR SIGNS OF BEING CARRIED.
Wow!
One of the problems with living in a small southern town is the lack of available older knives. So many people were small acre farmers and they used a knife up then handed it down to someone else. Also the lack of knife making industry in the south does not help. But knives like that pearl show the old time quality that just cannot be matched due to labor cost.
I have been adding pictures to my Photo Album named Stockman Pattern Knives and so far the album contains photos of about 80 different 3 bladed stockman knives. If you have a chance stop and take a look. When I get a chance i will add some more to it. Hope you enjoy.
