OK...it's been a few days...just keeping it alive! Here is my favorite for today - its a little nessmuk style skinner I had made for Dad. I'm traveling to Tucson to visit my folks for a week - there's always BBQ going and fresh sausage to make in a Polish household. Preparing the meat is always half the fun - and this little baby will do just fine! (I know 'cause I had to field test it first!)

And since it's been a few days since John posted his, it's time for another favorite. My favorite for today is my first love...and as they say, you'll never forget your first. ironically, it's also keeping in the theme of my last few posts....the boot knife!

Lars you have some pretty impressive knives there , and it does sound as though you know a good knife when you see one . I hesitate to add my little fellow in this line up ,but here goes.
