made a great pot of chili today.what do you guy's think about a big jj chili cook off?and we get jj and luke to do the judgeing.winner gets a peach seed carving set....
A little past midnight I got blindsided by a severe case of the munchies. So I tip-toed into the kitchen and threw together a sinfully succulent swine sam'itch...
I thought for sure, what with all the snappin' n' sizzlin' sounds that were comin' off that pan -- not to mention the aroma of that maple flavored hog hide, that Billy Oneale was gonna barge in on me and try to muscle that meat right outta my hand. He must've been sleepin' awfully sound to miss out on this bad-boy?
Hey, J.J.! Don't you keep some Tums around here someplace?
The trick to eating a meaty masterpiece like this is to leave the oink a wee bit under-cooked to maintain all that greasy goodness. That way, when you take a bite, you simply cock your head back at the proper angle and the meaty mouthful just sorta slides on down your throat with no effort at all. Saves energy that way. Instead of over exerting yourself with all that unnecessary chewin' you'll have plenty of zip to accomplish those really important tasks -- like napping, for instance.
I went to a supper last night at a friends house and one of the guys little boy was waiting for me to do some trading. He sold me these knives and the turtle for $30. I don't know who came out the winner.
