Had dinner at Church, tonight.  Ham, tater salad, and all the fixins...

Back to the salad tonight.  Robert, that stew sound delicious and I will be dreaming of the ham tonight JJ

We are boiling crawfish tonight, yahoo! The grand girls and their Bo's. I'll post some pictures if I can, I just love them mud bugs...lol.  Oh yea, We have corn, potatoes and onions. Wish ya'll were here!

thanks for the invite.where im from we get our education on the courthouse stairs.starts at a early age known as known as knife dropping.

I know you guys are gonna cook something good for Easter and all, tell us about it. This is what us Cajuns do. Good friday, we are going fishing and then a big fish fry with all the veggies. Easter, we are having a real big crawfish boil. We are gonna have alot of good eating and getting to see the family again. I want to wish all my knife friends a wonderful Easter! Bless Ya'll. Rob.

Cajuns eat alot of seafood and during crawfish season they eat alot of crawfish. I am lucky I have friends that crawfish for a living and give me great deals.

the groundhogs are taking over the field by the house,never ate one but getting tempted.another excuse to use a knife.i just wont tell the kids whats for dinner.

my two kids who love knives,also love mine.they really like my two stag buck 124s.well it hurts,its easter and i love them.i guess knife collecting is more than just collecting,its sharing the joy!i hope they like them better than candy.

Donnie make this sweet potato and pumpkin souffle with dried cranberries and marshmallow on top.  UM  Um Good!!!  Goes just fine with a spiral sliced ham

All the food sounds good but I have never heard of a souffle like that Miss Jan. I'll bet it's great..

hi folks.hope everyone had a good easter.sorry i didnt reply but me and this computer are having a fight and it has the upper hand,but im getting my second wind.

i think i could live on pepperoni,cheese and pickles.another reason to use a knife.

im a hick that likes grass and dirt,and im some place where its just concrete and blacktop

i hate not knowing how to work this machine.

Had to take a class on how to work my computer at the High School, myself, John.  They assured me that I couldn't break it unless I hit it with a hammer.

(Durn sure want to every now and again.)

Well, I just consumed mass quantities of chicken fried rice from my favorite Thai restaurant. The owner, whose name is CC, always fixes me humongous portions so that I always have enough for lunch or dinner the next day.

The only problem is that the food is so good I find it hard to quit eating. Even when, like tonight, she serves me what looks like a mountain of food. Whew! I'm stuffed!

It was meatloaf for us tonight.

Pot roast with carrots, potatoes, mushrooms, green pepper,onion soup for flavor and homemade biscuits.
