I had Papa Murhpy's Pizza tonight.  Just about is homemade.  You tell them exactly what and how much to put on it, then bring it home and bake it.

Crawfish etouffee tonight!

Pizza smells good...oh never mind, it's the Lasagna in the oven.  LOL

Shoot,  mud-bugs sounds good also.

For the next few days: Venison Sloppy Joe and Mac and Cheese, Cornbread

  JJ. my cousin just sent me a recipe for Crawfish Lasagna. How about that. I haven't read all about it yet but the picture looks good. I think you can gain weight just looking at it....lol 

We are gonna slow down tonight on our fancy meals. Tonight is Hamburgers and chips.

Sunday morning: Everything is iced over, icicles hanging on everything. Church was cancelled. But we had great messages from Charles Stanley "The God of Encouragement" and John Hagee "God's Word is Truth".

So far (its still not noon yet) - I have had 2 cups of coffee, a bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios, a Corn muffin, 3 pancakes, a venison Sloppy Joe, Mac and Cheese and a glass of milk. I'm getting full.

Headed out for a Mexican, after church today.

Celebrating my Paw-In-Law's Birthday with hotdogs tonight.

We are sending out for store bought Pizza. We were gonna make Homemade but we had to much to do. Fixing fence and getting things together to start our garden, before too long.

What's cooking tonight?  We're having pan fried catfish and stir fried veggies.

We are having country eggs and pan cakes, tonight. A breakfast super. Yum, yum.

missed dinner tonight but get to sleep in my own bed, life is good!

I love breakfast for any meal. Eating out today - not sure where.

My youngest grand daughter is cooking some shrimp Alfredo on pasta for supper. I hope it comes out good.

Doing up some hamburger steaks with salad.  Don't need any more rain for a while, the Smith Swamp is full...

I am going to a supper with my old work crew and friends, tonight. They are cooking Hen Sauce Picante with Cajun smoke sausage. I am not sure of the side dishes. We have this supper, once a month.

Had BBQ ribs Monday, BBQ chicken today.

Raining cats and dogs here. At least its not snow. Had Venison sloppy joe, squash, Mac and Cheese today with homemade brownies for dessert.

Had a nice rain here also, washed the pollen off the truck.

Had a simple bowl of chili for lunch.  Don't know what I'll get out for supper.

We are having Venison Helper for supper. The girls love it.

I was wondering if anyone is having a special meal for Easter Sunday? We are having boiled Crawfish and Veggies. We have a big family get together. It's my wife's family. We have been doing this every Easter for at least 30 plus years.

Ham and trimmings also.  After church we're heading to the in-laws for lunch and the obligatory egg hunt.

I love Ham, I hope to eat one soon.

We are having deviled eggs to, from our chickens. Ours are on the spicy side, that's the way the girls like them. Ya'll have a great Easter.

JJ. my wife use to hide about 200 plastic eggs for Easter. It's her side of the family that comes for Easter. She was one of 9 children, so when they come, they really come....lol

We did the Easter dinner this year, a 10 lb smoked spiral ham, mashed potatoes, corn green beans, mac & cheese and rolls. Then we had the nephews, nieces and grandkids hunt around 200 eggs.

Thanks folks.  Kaylin and I made a day out of it.  Knife show and bumming around the foothills all afternoon.  We stopped for some BBQ on the way back.

Good thing I cut the yard, yesterday.  It;s raining today...
