I've eaten my share of Spam. I have a couple of cans at my camp, for hard times....lol

We saw the ad on tv about the 50¢ Corn Dogs. We went out but didn't get past Arby's! LOL!

Some kind of Mediterranean Chicken and Rice. Cass said "Trust me, you'll like it"

We had sandwiches and finger food after Church while we packed our Operation Christmas Child Shoeboxes - packed 202 boxes, not bad for a little Church.

Cass fooled me! It wasn't Mediterranean Chicken and Rice! It was hamburger-noodles-cheese-scallions-sour cream-cottage cheese-other stuff-casserole. And man, it was GOOOD!

Ya know,  them "other stuff" casserole's are good.

Roast Beef Hash and Eggs for breakfast. Hamburger and Apple Dumpling ala mode for lunch.

I am planning on cooking a beef stew for super.

I'm with you Hog! If it's on the table and doesn't move, I'll try eating it......and maybe even if it's still moving a little! LOL!!

Nothing like a good beef stew for a rib sticking supper! I haven't had roast beef hash in years!

My beef stew was a hit with everyone. I had a little more pepper than I normally put but my girls, like more pepper than I do. They're some little Cajun girls, that like their seasoning....lol

I am going to a supper tonight, with my friends. Red beans and smoked sausage on rice. It's something that Cajuns and Creoles eat often.

Chicken Gumbo, tonight. It turned cold and the gang wants Gumbo....lol

Turned out we had a Ham-biscuit-cheese (everything is better with cheese)-onions-casserole 

meatloaf and boiled tatters with lots of butter,talk after my heart attack,but i love it.

kidds said no,meatloaf with caulflower in cheese.still heart attack.

I love cauliflower with cheese. Tonight, grilled fish and veggies. The kids have friends over and this is an inexpensive way for me to have a special supper. They don't know, I grew the veggies and caught the fish....ha..ha. 

More leftover casserole.......I think it's breeding in the refrigerator.

Hey JJ - not sure what a Hobo pack is?? Bet its good though.

Sure have been seeing some pretty seahorse whitlers. Haven't seen my iKC club knife yet. We have  a new computer and I have sent messages to the right people but no answer yet. I am being patient. Have a great thanksgiving at the diner.
