I found this knife at a antique store today. I'm not sure but I think It's called a bird of paradise. I don't have a case classics book yet but I think I has better buy one.

  • Max McGruder

  • Lee Smith

Thanks Max.I'm looking foward to getting some more info on it.

  • Charles Reed

  • Max McGruder

Craig I stopped collecting the  TTP. They were coming out by the handful.

I have 217 of them Tiny ones, thought it was time to move onto some other patterns!

  • Howard P Reynolds

Hahahaha.  Max, you have to either throw one away or buy one more.  217 ain't the square, square root, cube or cube root of nothin.  Only comes out evenly if you have 7 heirs.  You are exempt from havin 217 of em if you were born on 02/17/?  Or, if you are a fan of the Julian Calendar [day 217 is August 5].

  • Max McGruder

Lol, nope born on 9/10/50 and I don't even like Julian fries. I do however have other toothpicks in large and medium sizes. So does that count?
  • Howard P Reynolds

LOL.  You'll find a vintage one in a old hardware store or somebody will give you another one - it'll work out down the road.

    Craig Henry

Holy mackerel Max, 217 Tiny Toothpicks?? Yeah, time to move on! LOL!

Got three coming. And it's not even the third Wednesday! LOL! A 33, an 032, and........an 07 single blade. Found the 33 on sale. The 07 was one that's getting hard to find.....at least at regular dealers (I don't do ebay), and the 032 was just sitting there.

  • Max McGruder

I still buy the Limited Edition tiny tpicks just because I have all so far and want to keep them going.
  • Jan Carter

I like the handles on this one...OK so I like the whole series!

And scrolled bolsters always seem to finish a knife off well, Jan.

  • Paul Work

Nothing new coming to me...Craig bought them all...LOL

Ain't nothing new really calling to me at the moment.

  • Lee Smith

Picked this cheetah cub up on the way home from work today. Was surprised it was dated 3/9/08 and was still in the display case. I got the last one there anyway. It made me grin all the way home. lol

  • Max McGruder

Man that is the find! Very nice! Case Bros. too cool, nice color and shield!
  • Lee Smith

I have this one the large folding hunter and the baby doc. Wasn't planed, it just happened that way. Might as well see if I can finish the set.
