There doesn't seem to be many companies out there that have such a good line up of steels

I think the D2 is what stands out for them. Of course some love D2, some don't. "They" say it's hard to sharpen. I don't know, I've never used it or tried to sharpen it.

But, I WILL get a Queen fairly soon with D2.

AAUGH!! USPS sent my new Queen knife to New Mexico! Now waiting for them to figure it out and send it to ME! GPKnives says they'll stay on top of it.

My new Queen is GREAT!!!!

This is a couple of old Queen knives that I own, they are both very well made. One is a light user and the other is in my collection. After, years of use, you almost can't tell the difference. I hope to buy and support, the Queen Company and wish them all the best.

Nice knives Robert! I'd like to get the non-lockback Mountain Man......maybe next month.

The Mountain Man model by Queen is a great knife for the Outdoorsman and is wonderful to look at. The model with amber bone has caught my eye for sometime now. I wish Queen would make some with 440c steel instead of D2. I find both steels good but 440c, is easier to fool with in the feild.

Robert, the Honey Amber Stag Bone is fantastic! I hope I can get some pictures of my new Queen #69 with it up soon.

Miss Jan, it is top of the line. I don't know why they call it a Mountain Man? We use the heck out of them down here in the swamp.lol An outdoorsman can get some serious work done with one. Craig, that African hardwood looks great.

Maybe they called it the "Mountain Man" as a throw back to Frontiersman/Mountain Man, like Thomas Fitzpatrick, Jim Bridger, John Colter, Kit Carson, etc.?

That Mountain Man with stag in my pictures, is some of the best Sambar stag I have on almost any knife. If I get the chance, I'll take a better picture, so you can enjoy the first rate stag.

The Mountain seems to be hard to find in stag. I don't see any listed on any of my regular dealers. But I still love their Honey Amber Stag Bone!

I don't think they have made one like this in a long while. They may start again, I know mine is staying where it's at.

Maybe the new management will do some stag.....I hope.

Yes, I have kept up with Queens Mountain Man knives and I am almost certain that the Schatt & Morgans are the same size. You will like these knives, I Garanteee.

I almost decided to get that Amber stag bone Mountain Man last night on Knives Live, but decided I should probably buy a present for one of my Grand kids instead. I have been drooling over this knife for about 3 years now. 

I'm pretty sure I'm going to go ahead and get the Mountain Man Amber Stag Bone next wed. Unless.....
