    Thanks J.J.

My Scout Master was a WW2 combat veteran, with all the medals to prove it. His name was Harvey Key. Mr. Key was a hero to all the Boy Scouts in Troop 105. I will never be able to look at a KABAR without thinking of Mr. Key. His KABAR was his constant companion. Around the campfires, Mr. Key told us all the war stories involving the KABAR....from opening cans of beans to opening the opposition. I'm 64 now but will always remember the tales he told about his combat experiences with that knife.

    Hello,
First, excuse my English, like many frogs, I'm talking it very bad.
I live in a country where there are still many knives, especially at least a traditional knife by region.
I have the chance of living at 20 miles from Thiers, city famous for its cutlery.
I am currently looking documents with photos, drawings of the markings, various guides, that could help me to date precisely the knives swiss brand Wenger, but as the company archives burned in an accident in 1985, there is no catalog or other documents prior to 1991.
    Good luck,
    Jean-Claude
