I should have mentioned that each model they offer comes in a variety of colors, and with a serrated or non-serrated blade, and with a polished blade or a black blade.  So there are many choices.  Jan, they have a model called the Fingerling with a 2.5" blade that you would probably really like.

After watching many YouTube reviews and reading several online reviews I decided I needed to try out one of the Piranha auto-opening knives made in the USA in Post Falls, Idaho.  My first choice was the Piranha Predator, the knife pictured on top.  The main reason I made that choice was because I wanted the longest blade they offered.  The Predator has a 4.1", S30V steel blade.  If you know me you know you don't have to twist my arm to get me to jump on some S30V steel.

They day it arrived I ripped into the box like a kid on Christmas morning.  What a beautiful knife!!!  The pictures just don't do it justice.  You have to see these knives and feel them in your own hand to really appreciate them.  Falling madly in love I immediately went online and ordered what was almost my first choice, the P1 Pocket shown on the bottom of the photo.

The P1 Pocket is quite possibly even more beautiful than the Predator.  The P1 has a 3.2", 154CM steel blade.

Now, I know you can go onto YouTube and watch many reviews on these knives so I will just give you my brief opinion.  I do love the Predator, but it would not be a knife I would carry for EDC.  The length and weight of the blade make it relatively slower to deploy.  I say "relatively" because it is still very fast to deploy, but not as fast as the smaller blade.

The P1 has been in my pocket since the day I received it.  It is the perfect combination of size, weight, and speed.  I push the thumb button and the blade pops out with authority.

Both knives arrived shaving sharp in a very nice presentation box with a felt sleeve for the knife.  I am no expert on auto-opening knives so I can't compare them to Benchmade and some of the other major players in the market.  I can only say that I love these knives.  Sharp, fast, beautiful, functional, and a little bit bad ass.  If you are into auto-opening knives these certainly deserve a look.
