They are good fried but Cajuns make a gravy with them or a Gumbo. I enjoy squirrel hunting the most. Now days, a limit {8} of squirrels is as exciting for me as killing a young {6pt.} buck.

Well, I don't sell the pelts. I use to sell the tails for those people making fishing flies and jigs. We eat a bunch of squirrels, it's one of our favorites.

way to go robert i have about six of them running in my back yard  thats needs to be thined out.what kind of gun do you use a 22 cal.thats what i used to hunt with.some use a 410......
