LOL I looked at the knife for a good five minutes before I saw the background. Lionsteel is beginning to impress me very much!
true beauty kees, awesome stag. snake shed is sweet background.
I have been doing a little opening and closing practice ,but only when no one could catch me !!
thanks john ! well i must say that when its oiled up it is a bit tricky to open but most of the time its already opened in my display anyway LOL
good to hear that you are used to the studs.... so now you can open and close it all night while watching tv untill you drive your family crazy !
Oh yes I nearly forgot , great picture !!
That's a beauty Kees , look's like a fixed blade at first glance . Must be pinchable to open then with no nail nick.
By the way I have got used to the thumb stud on the Enzo Birk , it's like you said I prefer them now !
two weeks ago i took my new lionsteel folder for a few days in the ( very hot ) forest
the big opera comes in two versions..the usa version ( flat design with thumbstud and pocketclip )
and this european version ("classic") without clip and not even a nail knick ! and with some more more "body"
handmade "max design" in european antler and D-2 steel
special thanks to the snake who shed its skin to complete my picture
flowers in the background are the poisonous foxgloves ( very beautiful ! )
