Yep! We lost a surfer out here just about a week or so ago. Jaws got him! By the time his buds got him out of the water he was already a goner. The Great White took a big bite right out of his torso. Not pretty!

So, yes! Lots of bites lately!

I'm not too worried, though. Hopefully these hungry sharks are looking for much younger, more tender, morsels than my old and very tough meat can provide? Hopefully, he said!

But, that's the scary thing about surfing. When you're in between sets, your legs are tangling down in the water looking like hors d'oeuvres to those hungry denizens of the deep, you never know what danger is lurking down there!

Ouch! I'm a surfer. And, unless it's a dolphin, I don't like to see any dorsal fins swimming in my direction! I go to great lengths to avoid becoming Jaws dinner!
