This is a Zippo "Cut-About" pocket knife manufactured by W.R. Case & Sons in Bradford, PA. Stainless steel lockback construction measuring 3.25" closed with a razor sharp 2" blade. It bears the "Mid-South Lumber Company" of Lithonia, GA. logo. These knives have been discontinued.
