I have been using Mora knives for carving and whittling for about a year now, the craftline selection is designed for tradesmen so these are tough and economic. Was very surprised at the quality, functionality and sharpness of these knives. I sharpen them using wet and dry paper and then strop on leather. Took me a while to get over the plastic aesthetic, I do have some of the more traditional wooden handled ones, spoon knife etc. However, their 1980's down hill ski look has slowly grown on me with use.
