Jeremy, I admire your organizational skills! Keeping a spread sheet is a great idea. One I wish that I had started back when I first started collecting knives again.

If someone new to our hobby--knife collecting--were to ask me for a helpful tip, I would tell them to keep a record or a spread sheet of every knife they acquire--right from the very beginning!

Ron - That knife, is one my sister got for me, for Christmas over 20 years ago. Over the years many friends and family have given me knives. I have a spread sheet with all of the info. on it, that I could remember. I try to update it throughout the year.

lol. I saw one of those brass duck knives last night for the very first time. Now, seeing yours, this makes two! *quack* It might be an omen?
