Shown here is a nice new additon from Gary Norton/Northwest Knife Company. This is a Northfield Cutlery 72 Cody in King Wood. This knife would be "flawless" minus one small thing. In the blade...about a third of the way forward of the tang, is an odd "fold" in the steel. I've seen this happen in a couple of Schatt & Morgan knives...but I don't recall ever having seen it in a GEC before. Other than that, this is a fantastic pattern and I'm looking forward to adding a couple more to the collection.
