You have a fantastic start, from here you'll figure out where your collection will go in the future. We all have preferences and we also support/enable other's preferences too.

Steve: Bottom to up; we got a Gerber Epic, Browning, Strider, SOG Flash 2, Gerber Folding Sheath Knife from Bear Grylls' Survival Series collection, Boker Plus Bat Knife, an Aitor Bushi Skinner knife(the one you pointed out), Cold Steel G.I Tanto and the two small ones are the Ontario Little Bird 2 and the United Cutlery Undercover Sonic Karambit.

Jan; haha, not sure. I bought those that ARE my thoughts of a beautiful and functional knife. But I really really love my SOG Flash 2 though.
