I also used my Mr.JP Miller knife that I got from my Brother Dave as a wedding gift...The design is Dave's and I, when I was down at his place last year we sat down and designed it and had Mr. Miller make it for me...Damascus and Brass and some elk slabs that Mr. Miller dyed from an old recipe he had. I have to say that this knife cut through everything...Brisket and pelvic bones and kept on cutting....love it
