These are 2 Jacks Before Restoration, The top I found when I was 15 in a puddle on Pearl St, in Framingham Ma, I have had it all these years and not touched it. the only ID on it was a  Pattern # which I looked up. According to it it was invented By a man named Allen it was applied for on Oct. 9 1940, The Utica Cutlery Co. N.Y. produced these From 1942 to 1953 but I could be wrong with the dates. The bottom was a flea find and is a colonial from Providence RI. No mysteries on this one.
