hey sorry to hihjack the picture..bu where you could ad thumb nocthes...yo9u could just carve out a nice hole foe placment of the thumb right above buffalo bolster???   maybe??

was thelittle bit of steel above the bplster left their for better handlling?...if so maybe ,of ocurse if y9u want...break out te file and add yourslef a few thumb gimps!

Another butcher knife made from 1095 carbon steel. Handle is osage orange and water buffalo horn. Forced patina on blade.
